We offer a versatile spectrum of care options, from brief 30-minute check-ins to round-the-clock live-in care. These flexible alternatives empower our service users to reside comfortably in their cherished environments.
Personal Care
We offer a range of personal care services to support our clients’ daily living needs. This includes assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, personal hygiene, toileting, and mobility assistance. Our compassionate caregivers ensure that clients feel comfortable and confident in their own homes.
Companionship
Having someone to talk to and rely on can be beneficial for older adults and those who have disabilities. Our caregivers are not just there to provide you or your love ones physical assistance but also to engage in social interaction, conversations, and activities. Whether it’s playing games, pursuing hobbies, or accompanying service user on outings, we foster companionship and emotional support.
Live in Care
We provide Live-in care. This is when you have a carer living with you in your own home to provide all the care and support you need. Carer’s main responsibility are assisting you with washing, dressing, and medication, preparing and eating food, help with chores, gardening and pet care.
Respite Care
Respite care is when we provide a short or long term care for your love ones. While the family members are taken a well deserve break. The respite care offers relief for those providing care. The care we deliver could be from few hours to few weeks depending on your needs.
Overnight Care
Overnight care is when a carer comes into the servicer users home to provide them care and support overnight for 8 or 12 hours. This gives you a peace of mind knowing your love ones are taken care of when you cannot be there. Overnight care is especially helpful when a love one has a complex needs, are high risk of falls or have unpredictable behaviour.
Specialist Care
Palliative Care
We provide practical care at home for people with progressive health condition. Our carers provide professional palliative care and support for the whole family at the comfort of your own home. You will be supported by trained regular and compassionate carers.
End of Life
Having a good ending should be the most important thing in your life. Those who would prefer to spend their last days at home spending their precious time with love ones; we will be there providing care and support to help you live as well as possible.
